I am writing a letter of recommendation for Mr. Jose. In fact, I am delighted to write about him.
First thing that comes in my mind, is that Mr. Jose is a very dedicated and completes assignments asked of him on time. If there were problems, he was able to resolve it and make things even smoother. His designs are very pleasing. At times, when he was asked for design specifics, he just did it. Sometimes, his images were more graphic and appealing than I had bargained for. His work effort is a definite plus.
Mr. Jose’s His effort to communicate is another positive. We communicate by email with no problem. We were able to communicate the approximate times it would take him to do the task and he communicates very well when complications arises and that he requested for additional time to figure it out and finish the way I would like the ‘image’ or ‘design’ to be. The difference in time zones was not an issue for we worked around it.
Speaking of time, Mr. Jose is able to work and accomplish his tasks which brings about one of his assets which is time management that he does very well most of the time. Basically when asked, he is able to meet the deadline 90% of the time and that is better than most in his profession. And, the times that he does not get to finish tasks on time are usually because of the server or the Internet outages or shutdown
Mr. Jose’s other strong asset; he has the ability to understand the graphic vision and the intended objective of each domain. He accomplished designing over 75 web site, and headers, one for each domain or sub-domain or module. He was able to communicate if he needed clarification and once he grasped the design concept, he just does it.
Mr. Jose is a strong asset for any company that needs a lot of graphic work or web design work. He can become a valuable asset for any organization that needs graphic work.

I am happy to state that I personally know Fijo since 2001 when he had started as a Software Engineer. It took me little time to have identified in him - commitment to work and the desire to excel.
Years later, I am happy to state that my predictions were not wrong. Through perseverance and hard work he has made a name for himself in Web design as is evident from the several of works he has done thus far.
